Borrower raises a dispute
POST/v1/collections/loans/:loan_id/dispute
Borrower claims the amount, identity, debit, or terms are incorrect. Filing a dispute pauses punitive stage transitions for the case until admin marks the dispute resolved or rejected. Cure / terminal closure are unaffected.
