Verify employment via salary income

Runs salary-income analysis on the caller's linked Mono bank account and auto-awards the one-time proof_of_employment score event when consistent recurring income is detected ("likely"). Requires a linked Mono account; returns recommendation "unavailable" (not an error) when none is present.
